My great grandparents wedding day. Iva Donn Henderson and Odessa C. Tussing Henderson.
AT A BEAUTIFUL HOME WEDDING Miss Odessa Tussing Becomes the Bride of Iva Henderson. A beautiful home wedding was solemnized at the home of Mr. and Mrs. David Henderson south of Amherst at high noon on Thanksgiving Day, when their son Iva was united in wedlock to Miss Odessa Tussing of Payette. The ceremony was performed by Rev. O. S. Davis of Odessa in the presence of relatives and close friend of the couple. Miss Elsie Hanley of Lodi acted as maid of honor, and Fred Webb of Odessa was best man. The bride was gowned in white mohair trimmed with French cream colored silk Chantilly lace. Following the congratulations, a bountiful dinner was served. The groom and bride have grown to manhood and womanhood in this county and are well-known and popular. The groom is engaged in the business of a photographer. The bride is the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tussing, formerly residing near Odessa, but now of Payette Idaho.
